This style uses imported yarn-dyed looms to weave boards with a warp density of 68 and a weft density of 50, 8*8 counts of siro-spun cotton, and custom-dyed denim blue. The benchmark original board weighs 370 grams. The printing part adopts the top-level cotton digital direct-injection process to do the piece positioning and printing, so that the flower position of each cutting piece can be accurately aligned with the original board. The cutting piece adopts the fully automatic laser burning process with zero error and is more accurate than manual work. All the hardware is molded and customized. Each seam of the two organ bag parking spaces on the front piece needs to be manually aligned and marked, and then the pattern is precisely connected to the point. Smooth and beautiful without seams.
