Rates
We ship with Amazon,DHL and/or FedEx and our shipping rates are determined by CSF based on the weight of your order as well as the recipient’s zip code.
Note :
- In the circumstance where an order is cancelled subsequent to its arrival at our boutique and reaching a state of readiness for shipping, a fee of 20% of the total invoiced amount shall be charged to the customer.
- In the event that a customer elects to cancel their order subsequent to its arrival within their country, a cancellation charge equivalent to 30% of the total invoiced amount will be withheld, with the remaining balance being refunded to the customer.
- This charge will be deducted from the balance amount that you have with us.
- The balance amount will be used to cover any outstanding payments that you owe us.
- If the balance amount is insufficient to cover the cancellation charge, you will be required to pay the remaining amount.
- The cancellation charge is non-refundable and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, product unavailability, technical issues, or fraudulent activity.
- If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the full amount that you have paid for the order.
